JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources and Development is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Organizational Development & Learning Administrator. Are you passionate about Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) and looking to join a vibrant team of professionals committed to helping the organization and others achieve excellence? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!  Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the OD&L Administrator will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and assessment of a wide range of Agency, Division, work group and individual programs and initiatives in response to complex organizational issues, workforce needs and emerging trends. Working in a partnering capacity with the executive team and division leadership, the OD&L Administrator will lead, advise and develop strategies to address a wide range of needs that include workforce development (leadership and employee), organizational change, strategic and succession planning, surveys, and assessments in support of the Agency culture.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Driving the creation of measurable, sustainable human capital management programs

* Pro-actively responding to team building, employee growth and leadership development needs

* Strategically anticipating Agency workforce development needs

* Providing internal coaching as needed or securing external coaching engagements as needed

* Providing strategic direction in the area of organizational effectiveness, and employee learning and leadership development

* Directing OD related studies and making recommendations on process improvement in order to promote maximum efficiency in human capital utilization

* Managing topic areas and content for employee-specific communications

* Facilitating and participating in Agency committees and work groups

* Overseeing the design and implementation of succession and knowledge management plans

* Overseeing development and administration of Agency development and learning programs - both classroom and computer-based

* Evaluating progress on various programs or initiative and interpreting and communicating results

* Directing the preparation of reports and presentations

* Identifying trends or patterns of behavior and providing strategic and systemic solutions to address

* Supporting the Agency's lean management system, developing related change management strategies, and incorporating lean management into leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement and retention strategies

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

* At least 10 years progressive experience in Organizational, Leadership or Professional Development field, leading teams in the areas of OD/OE and EL/LD or a related field such as

* Executive leadership experience with positional responsibilities for staff development, team performance and results, and both tactical and strategic planning responsibilities

* CPLP, ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance is preferred but not required

Position may be required to perform work and attend meetings at alternate locations and/or travel when necessary, which requires the use of either a state or personal vehicle. An employee in this position must sign a State of Arizona Driver Authorization form when hired, which allows AHCCCS to obtain the motor vehicle driving record of the employee
