I am currently a State Employee (internal applicant). How do I apply?
Internal applicants may apply through the State's internal job board, Talent Acquisition. Internal applicants
may also apply via the external job by clicking the Apply Now button once you find a position that aligns
with your qualifications and career aspirations.

I am interested in interning with AHCCCS. How do I get started?
You must submit your interest in interning for AHCCCS through the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA)
Interns-In-Action program. Interns-in-Action Program Manager will contact the Agency Intern Coordinator
to discuss potential opportunities. She will let you know whether there are any opportunities with your Agency
of interested.

What type of development training does AHCCCS offer?
AHCCCS offers a variety of training, professional development and learning opportunities. The Agency provides
monthly brown-bag training sessions, computer-based training courses, and access to the Arizona Learning
Center and ADOA Career Center.

How long is the hiring process?
The hiring process can take several months depending on the number of applicants and the position requirements.
Once you have successfully submitted your resume via azstatejobs, you will receive an e-mail notification
confirming your submission was successful. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by
the hiring authority for the position you applied for.
Inquiries regarding the status of your application will not be responded to. If you are experiencing technical

assistance.
