JOB SUMMARY:

The Division of Fee for Service Management (DFSM) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for providing senior level support for the Claims Unit and for managing multiple projects within the unit. Provides administrative support to the leadership and staff in the Claims Unit. Assists the Division of Fee for Service Management Business Partner for the claims unit and performs complex projects and reports as assigned. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Provides senior level to the Claims Operations Administrator and Managers within the Claims Unit.

* Communicates with Providers regarding meetings and trainings.

* Serves as the HR Business Partner performing recruitment activities for the Claims Unit.

* Tracks and maintains reports for the Division and Claims Unit.

* Conducts research and manages special projects for the Claims Operations Administrator and Managers of the Claims Unit as assigned.

* Produces minutes and other materials for key internal/external meetings.

* Performs other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):

* Principles and practices of administration.

* MS Office Suite & Visio or Google Suites

* Planning, organization, time management, ability to prioritize projects and tasks.

* Oral and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while keeping stakeholders informed.

* Ability to learn HRIS and Talent Acquisition systems.


SELECTIVE PREFERENCE(S):

* 3 to 5 years senior level administrative experience.

* Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of creating reports and graphs.
